- Responsible for the entire Shared Web Hosting environment within the Micron21 Cloud, including managing updates, configuring monitoring, and optimising servers and software according to best-practice

- Handled migration of email infrastructure for clients from external email hosting to Micron21 Hosted Exchange platform
- Created and implemented an optimisation plan for Shared Web Hosting servers, resulting in 25% decrease in server load and elimination of high-load peaks
- Assisted with training staff in customer relations, cPanel, WHM, DNS, and other technical areas
- Planned and executed migration of client servers from AWS and other providers to Micron21 environment
- Configured Ansible to allow for automated cPanel server installation and configuration, according to internally standardised server guidelines
- Built geographically redundant DNS cluster for use with Shared Web Hosting platform
- Diagnosed various email / website / server related issues using FOSS and custom in-house tools
